We’re getting closer to finishing up 1026 Aralia for Tracey and her son Aden!
The garden shed, constructed by Badger High School students, was delivered and placed onsite by Larry’s Towing and Recovery.
All of the appliances have been delivered. Next up plumbers from Adams Electric & Plumbing will come in to complete some work. Project Supervisor Karl Brigson and Church Liaison Judy
Nolan recently checked out the house, which is 95% complete.
The appraisal is complete and being processed. The crew is working on some final plumbing and other items before the final inspection and the certiciation of occupancy can be issued. Closing and move-in is so close!
